Holistic environmental approach: Optimizing energy, water sustainability, and nature preservation

At Paleros Bay, we take pride in our Holistic Environmental Approach, where optimizing energy, water sustainability, and nature preservation are at the heart of everything we do. This approach is not just about minimizing our impact but about creating a balanced, sustainable environment for future generations.

Energy Optimization: To reduce our carbon footprint and ensure energy efficiency, we have installed solar panels at our Amethyst Selene suites, which supply a significant portion of the energy needed to power the suites. Additionally, we’ve incorporated LED lighting, heat pumps, and fan coil systems, all of which work together to minimize energy consumption while maintaining comfort for our guests.

Water Sustainability: Water conservation is key to our sustainability efforts. At Amethyst Selene, we’ve installed biological septic tanks that not only treat wastewater but also use it to irrigate our gardens, ensuring that we make the most of our water resources in a responsible and sustainable way.

Nature Preservation: We are deeply committed to preserving the natural beauty of Paleros Bay. As part of our construction practices, we take great care to relocate and replant olive trees that may be affected by new developments. This thoughtful approach helps maintain the local landscape and supports the preservation of native flora and fauna.

Through these initiatives, we strive to create a model for sustainable living that respects the environment and enhances the beauty and richness of the land we call home.
