The highest of the eight Olive Stone villas, Villa Iris offers a spacious and private retreat.

The main villa features an open-plan living and dining area, with an entire wall of glass sliding doors that open onto a large balcony, centered around a mature olive tree. This tree provides natural shade while enhancing the villa’s stylish ambiance.

The living room is adorned with stunning 3.2 x 1.6m tiles that contribute to the luxurious décor.

The dining area comfortably seats up to eight guests.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all essential appliances, along with a wine cooler and a walk-in pantry.

Beyond the lounge, there is a guest W.C. and access to the master bedroom with its ensuite. The master bedroom features a separate W.C., a shower, and an expansive shelving area with a built-in basin. A wall-length wardrobe provides ample storage. The bedroom opens onto a private balcony, offering breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea.

The outdoor area includes a 6m x 3m heated pool, complete with a sunken seating area and a table at one end. The pool is heated via solar panels or a heat pump.

Surrounding the pool, teak sun loungers and a teak dining table create a perfect relaxation space.

Below the main villa, three guest bedrooms each have their own private entrances:

Guest Bedroom 1: Double bed, ample storage, and an ensuite bathroom.
Guest Bedroom 2: Two double beds and generous storage space.
Guest Bedroom 3: Double bed.
Guest Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom. A communal area on this level includes a small kitchen for added convenience.

The ground level houses a spacious double garage with a lift providing access to both the guest level and the main villa.
